A walk to remember

This week is really getting hectic with model-making starting and prepress projects coming in at the same time.

It really makes me wonder where did the happy time go when we can still watch sin city/ blade runner and stuff?

It seems like some million years ago.



So reality draws me back and I'm here, ignoring the model I had just created using my hands, typing nonsense on the blog. I just need to say it out, somehow.


Pretty sorry for Kite cox the botanic garden shots are still not up yet as somebody obviously walk around/ run around/ jump around too much at the garden and woke up on a lovely Sunday to see: 11.47am. Nice job.


The only good thing that happened today (which kept me alive) is that Tai Pang actually accepted my work! Immediately.

He said he like it immediately and so he approve my idea.

That's the best thing on earth. ( No need to change anything so far woohoo~)




For some other module, well, let's just hope for an average pass. Don't expect too much and just have more fun:)


Tomorrow going excursion to Antalis!:D So exciting~!( still young at heart or something of that sort)


Then have to rush off to attend important dinner date at Fullerton Hotel. I shall dress formally ( if I could).

Sometimes I thought I am improving my skills and experiences and all sort of stuff over time.

I think I'm really wrong at times.




I thought I'm organised.

I thought I'm being on time.

I thought I've plan my time well.

I thought I've use my free time(so much of them)well enough on useful things.

I thought I'm doing enough useful things.

I thought I'm learning a lot.

I thought I'm trying new things different things.

I thought I'm executing the things I need to execute.

I thought I know clearly what I am doing.







But I'm not.



I may be doing it but it's not enough.

I am really not trying hard enough.





So the problem is there, it always exists.

I hate to admit but sometimes I'm just not doing enough.











It's really a time for change.


I know I need to. I have to.

Colours and...more colours

Cupcake craze

So today's start of a new block:)

Colour and light is pretty much sounds like an interesting subject til I heard the word 'model'.


Dang dang dang dang (the tragic music)...


Well I think it'll be a fun challenge. I'm not that bad on hands on also 8D


Then there's Prepress! which 75-80% of my lovely peeps attended the class, with the 20-25% peeps din't know there's class/ skipped class(oops)/ overslept(0-0)....



Tai Pang is such a cute lecturer, I'm not saying about his way of speaking and all that as I think is not good to laugh at someone who is trying his best

From the way he talks I think he's a very hardworking lecturer, very passionate in terms of wanting to share with us more information and knowledge.


:) I'm looking forward to the future classes :)



As for Sunday*(because I'm too tired to explain yesterday)

M and I went the whole way to find a gallery on waterloo street and just to find out that it seems to 'disappear' after we search the whole building.

You all know Singapore's scorching sun and yes, I'm so dehydrated then.

We went through some pretty interesting galleries along the area and meet friendly people like Nick, a Westerner who's warm and introduce himself when we visit:)

Then another angmoh which I didn't ask for the name to welcome us at another gallery. He kept smiling at us even when we're about to leave.

So very well Sunday spent with me losing like much of my weight walking round and round searching the place under the hot sun, almost fainted once and then finally find my way home.


What a day


but sometimes there's good surprises in my adventures:)




Today's my 'mask day' and I have to say the lovely Swiss brand mask is super good. Maybe I shall post the picture up soon:) I love mask!:D

Dread School?

So tomorrow's school reopening again. O'well there goes my holiday.

It's pretty fun to walk around today with M, though the 2 of us almost faint and die on our way to the waterloo street.


I'm kind of tired to explain the 'amazing' story we had today so maybe I shall leave the story and photos for tomorrow. Provided if I have time.

Vie Vita Vida

3 Vs, one meaning.

So yesterday finally went out with D to see exhibition at 8Q art museum:) It's free at night from 6-9.

The bunny on the roof is so cute that I think I almost wanted to bring it home.



O'well, as the exhibition is targeting at 'young audiences', I shouldn't be so surprised by the number of kids who went.


As much as I love kids, sometimes they are pretty careless. You just have to watch your way so you don't step on one. :P



Then we went to Cityhall and walk about (on this nothing-to-do night). World Cup seems to be getting so much into Singaporean's life that every bar we passed by was filled with crowds with their eyes stick onto the TV screen in the bar. Foreigners seems to enjoy it so much too that they even went on shouting and screaming when the team they support scored.



This morning the newspaper showed Germany lost to Serbia. What a shocking news. Well fans(I'm referring to X and L), just have to move on from there :x


Now I'm currently getting myself so occupied that I kind of doubt that this is a holiday for me to rest. Yes. Rest.


I think up to a certain percentage I'm a workaholic after all.




Yoga in the morning is just the most wonderful thing you can think of. Though with half of my will still wanting to sleep, but it's super refreshing when you finish.

I hope my holiday's little bit longer so I got more time to work on my CG:)

Raining

It's raining cats and dogs..



I'm so lazy to step outside since is this kind of weather, the rain brought much chilling air and you can't blame me for thinking this way. Everyone will I think. haha.

So except I went for Yoga as usual, I basically lie around and do some of my personal works at home:)


I just love the raining days so much as it brought fresher air and took away the heat. Sometimes I feel calm when I stare out from my window. Just by watching the rain drops I feel a sense of calmness and tranquility.



and sometimes I really thank my instinct for saving my life.

See?


I was about to plan a walk somewhere around town area, and somehow I felt I wanted to go Orchard. Just a second of thought.


I feel lucky I didn't go against my instinct. Thanks to the rain that stop me too.



Hopefully I'll feel better tomorrow and I really wanna step out for a little fresh air. Provided that it's not raining.












After sometime I still think and recall the past, I guess some parts of me is not back in reality yet.

Pretty Monday!

Sometimes we see what we want, the thing that sparkle the most in our hands.

Today instead of meeting Ym and Jq, we decided to meet the other day and I went with S for this check up.


It was so long and cold inside that I think I sneeze many times before seeing him finish the whole thing.

Then we went to Ding Tai Fung for a heavy dinner!xD

Love the place so much.(and yes I think I'm growing fat.)



I kinda duno what to type now though there's so much in my head. I shall leave the rest for another day, too tired and lazy to type.

Today there's nothing much except I sat in front of my cabinet to clear my junks. Well, those leaflets/postcards/magazines etc I collected over the past few years.

I think I'm really a trash collector, trash in terms of collecting them while not sorting them out most of the time.



So it was really many wonderful hours spent to sort out some of my stuff and wow-- I found out it can actually be a really good exercise!




What an excuse. -.-

Love the new function blogger has, and yes as you can see I redesign my old blog skin!:D It's so much better now, time for a change!:)

I think it took me some time to re-adjust the words and stuff but yeap it's looking fine now>.<

I'm pretty satisfied with our shoots on a whole as we refine it to the best and I love our CD sleeve so much that I even consider doing a little notebook for myself next time using the same materials:)

We had a wonderful trip exploring Chinatown for fabrics and buttons!:D


This morning as I'm still having muscle ache as I clear most of the stuff and clean my house, so I kinda missed the yoga lesson.

However, I conducted self-yoga at home! haha and man I think my muscles are not feeling pain anymore 8D

Dancing shall we?

When you can feel your toes no more, you're dancing in the air.

Studio lighting is gonna finish in one day (counting) and start of the HOLIDAY!!xD

That's the most exciting thing of all.

Though recently I have many great memories that made my days, I do received some darker sides from my friends, who have been trapped in many ways.

The best way to comfort a person is by listen.


I know some families are not what we thought or seems to be, god knows how much tears she have to shed or how deeply she mus suppress her feelings to go through these years?

When I know it started in primary school I was really shocked. But I felt glad at the same time.

You spoke out. That's so much more important rather than those idiotic things that have been troubling you over the past few years.


I just wanna say I'll be here no matter what. If you need a person to talk to :)






and yes recently I finally got the chance to talk to K again!:D

He was too busy over his works.

Yes I should have more confidence in myself, but I think it depends on who the person I'm talking to?:)

Today's pretty a fun day going out with E and W to Chinatown for searching a suitable cloth!:)

I have never buy any there before so it took us some time to find a suitable one. I think the one we find is pretty much the feeling we're looking for!:D

then dinner is the awesome part where D took us to Shangri la Hotel at Orchard!!XD

OMG the food's so nice til I wanna shed my tears. Okay at least 80% are good food that tempts you to eat!:D

Basically all types of cuisines were there for you to eat them up! xD

The chocolate fountain is one evil place that I took at least 3-4 marshmallows dip with rich chocolates to eat!>.<

Thanks to the lovely yellowish lights in the most awesome toilets I have ever seen!xD


I think I'll grow fats tomorrow when I wake up 8D

Today went to H for a little walk as my grpmates are recovering from monday blue.

Pageone is always an awesome place to see a lot of amazing design books and let's be bookworm for a day 8D


Went around just for window shopping ( okay I bought a short in the end.) and try Ben& Jerry!! haha so cool it's my first time! Though Haagen Daz's better 8D


It's really nice and lucky at the same time I can enjoy life like I'm doing it right now. I am grateful. Also that I know I must work doubly hard again:)

I know it's pretty late to say this because it started on 28 May (if I'm not wrong). I wasn't thinking that I would get myself involve in this craze til I met up with D for a walk at dauby gaut. In the end, the walk becomes a shopping trip as we walk from shops to shops in Plaza Sing.

O'well well, I think i bought a lot of new clothes that's completely different from my usual style.

but people always need a change.


and nowadays I think I don't mind changing.


So if you catch me in a totally different style, don't be surprise.

It's an adventurous Saturday!

Today's yoga is just so refreshing, and I am enjoying the feeling after it!(heavy exercise for elderly8D) and yes! I feel lighter now! (add on to the works done in studio lighting)

After yoga session as usual, a weekly update at all my wonderlands including deviantart!:) Yes peeps the new deviation's out!:D I'm glad I finish it early.

and I just have to take a look at our dearly newly established circle line!(yes I'm that free) so we took a ride to stadium, as we always wanted to find out the new mall we saw on mrt ad.

Leisure park is truly a mall....like the rest, however we did have great time walking around.

I found this stray cat just near the mall and he/she is looking pretty sad.

Poor thing.

Melting

Sometimes it's like ice-cream, too warm it melts away.



We have pretty awesome studio lighting today again!:) our edge lighting is so much easier than the silhouette which almost(kill us all). Muscles omy.

Throughout the whole block i think i lost pretty much a lot of weight, just to be frank. We never really have proper lunch. So far from my memory there's only 2.

-.- o'well, at least it is worth to spend on the photos:)

Talked to Jar today and as usual, he made my day:)


Went to the NAFA dip show today but it's kind of a disappointment. Not much things were displayed.


Tomorrow should be yoga time!:D finally!:) so I shall be off to sleep now!:D

Today's studio lighting is getting better as we style Mr.Pony and ask I,H,H2,A,Y and L to help us. (all in all i think Mr.Pony had his own group of stylists and also professional photographer!:D)

Tomorrow will be returning to school for some consultation and so I would like to sleep earlier.
It's really very destructive to my organs if I stay up late. There's no point in doing so either.

I remember once Jar told me that he mistaken me as one year younger than him, which we're supposed to be the same age.

"You look younger, haha!" he said.

I think that's because I sleep early. Well, most of the time.


but sometimes people do have different opinion over my age.

Like H, who said I look mature and she's guessing I'm 25.

Sent off S to Japan just now. I kinda feel I'll be spending the week quite freely without his presence. lols. but sometimes too quiet is not a good thing too.
